Every order undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure the product is intact, the stitching is secure, and there are no loose fibers. Processing and shipping typically take 1-3 business days, and you will be notified of this information in your purchase confirmation email. Product quality is always our core focus.

Not all ordered items are in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide appropriate solutions.

All orders enjoy free shipping. Standard delivery time is usually 7-14 business days (excluding processing time), but actual arrival time may be extended due to logistics or destination factors.

For international orders, you may be required to pay import taxes or customs duties. The specific amount is determined by local customs and cannot be controlled or estimated by Iersnk.
Please understand that the amount levied by customs is affected by various factors, including the destination country's regulations, product category, and price.

In case of package return due to incorrect address information:

• A fixed fee will be charged to cover time and postage costs;
• Shipping or handling fees already incurred are non-refundable;
• The package can be resent at your expense, or the order will be processed according to our return policy.

Every item is photographed and inspected by our quality control department before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition and meets factory standards.

Although we strive to provide high-quality products, occasional problems may occur. For manufacturing defects, we offer the following solutions:
Replacement with the same or a similar item of equivalent value;
Repair within a reasonable timeframe.

If a replacement is not available, all relevant costs will be refunded to the original payment account.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Products that have been altered, worn, or used may not be eligible for assessment or processing.
Please note that manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear.

Due to screen display differences, product colors may vary slightly from the photos; images are for reference only.
Handmade wigs may have batch variations, and the color and texture of each product may differ slightly.
Wigs usually require styling after receipt to achieve the desired effect.
